Javier Forero planted La Esperanza in 2005 with Pastor Jesús Muñoz and currently serves as senior pastor. He is from Bogotá, Colombia, and moved to the United States in 2001. He is the husband of Pilar Forero, father of their three children: Mateo, Abbie and Ellie, and grandfather of Olivia Forero. He has shared the gospel in several countries around the world and continues to do so in the United States. Javier enjoys watching movies, fishing, and spending quality time with family. A fun fact about Javier is that he was a skydiving instructor.
